Vacation Bible School
Each summer First Church offers a Vacation Bible School using the Cokesbury programs.
This summer we will be using Hero Central where you can discover your strength in God! The program for 2017 is scheduled for June 26th through 30th from 9:00 a. m. – 12 noon. The program offers a daily Bible story theme used in science, snack, craft, and recreation activities, as well as music and mission.
The Hero Verse this year is: Do Good! Seek peace and go after it! Psalm 34:14. The program is offered to children from age 3 up to youth of age 14. Our teens devote time during the program to work on a mission project and a special craft that is more age appropriate.
Teens are also involved with opening Bible time, music activities and snack time. This is our 4th year offering a summer Vacation Bible School. Please contact Betsy Green with questions or to register for the upcoming 2017 summer program.

Relax and Reflect in the Memory Garden
A vision only a year ago, our First Church's Memory Garden is blooming! Please stop by to relax and reflect on loved ones who have passed before us. It is located outside the Chapel entrance.
Many thanks for everyone's contributions and to the volunteers who had the vision to make this happen.
