Office Hours

The First Church front office is open Monday thru Friday from 9:00am until 2:00pm.  The staff is happy to arrange a meeting at any time, and is usually on hand until late afternoon and available evenings by appointment.  On Sundays, the front office is not attended, however it is open should you need anything.  Check the front office window for postings of upcoming activities and sign up sheets.

Food Closet Hours

The First Church Food Closet is open Monday-Friday 9am-12noon only.  One day of non-perishable food is given.  Recipients may come in every 30 days, and must have a photo ID.  Many thanks to our members for keeping the Food Closet stocked!

Directions

First Church is located at 508 Union Street, which is the corner of Union and Hanover Streets in Manchester, NH.

Parking

There is parking on Sunday mornings and evenings just north of the church on Union Street in the adjacent parking lot. Additional parking is available on neighboring streets, and handicapped parking is available along the church driveway and on Amherst Steet. The church is accessible for the disabled through the ramp door on the Amherst Street side of the building.

Service of Prayer and Healing

Inspired by the Celtic Tradition, the roughly half-hour service will include music, readings, prayers and an opportunity to receive a “Laying on of Hands” blessing. Service will be held in the Chapel following the 9:30am worship service and fellowship, on the 2nd Sunday each month.

Sundays for Children

Children's Activities on Sundays

During the summer there will not be Church School, however there will be a Children's Activity in the Rec Room from 9:30am until the end of worship every other week on June 23, July 7, July 21, August 4, August 18th, and September 1st.

Anyone wishing to volunteer to lead the activity should contact Kelda York at kyork@FCCManchesterNH.org.  The activity and all the supplies are pre-prepared, you only need to lead the project.
