2019 Annual Meeting
Please be present to vote on the approval of our Written Reports for 2018 and the upcoming 2019 Budget. A quorum of 50 active members is required.
Join us for the Second Sunday after Epiphany. Our Senior Pastor, Rev. Kevin Pleas, will lead the worship service at 10:00am in the Sanctuary. This week's sermon is entitled, "Here I am, Lord." The reading is from First Samuel 3:1-12.
Prior to the 10:00am service, please enjoy the new Time of Greeting ... meet new friends and share fond memories before worship begins.
Service of Prayer and Healing
Inspired by the Celtic Tradition, the roughly half-hour service will include music, readings, prayers and an opportunity to receive a “Laying on of Hands” blessing. Service will be held in the Chapel following the 10:00am worship service and fellowship, on the 2nd Sunday each month.
This is the perfect time to join the First Congregational Church! A new member joining Orientation will be held on Monday, April 1st at 6pm to introduce you to Rev. Pleas and the Membership Committee, and hear about all the opportunties for spirital enrichment and community involvement that First Church offers.
On Sunday, April 14th, new members and those transferring their membership from another church, or renewing their membership at First Church, will be introduced to the congregation as part of the ceremony.
